Renosol Announces New Directors
October 25, 2013
Marcia Mullen has been named to Renosol Corporation's Board of Directors, taking the place of Chris McKenney, who has resigned his position on the board. A graduate of the University of Michigan in Accounting, Mullen has many year's experience in accounting and finance, most recently as Vice President and CFO at the Bank of Ann Arbor. She is a current member and past Chairman of the Western Washtenaw Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, and currently serves as Board member and Treasurer for Therapeutic Riding, Inc.
Dennis Resseguie replaces Doug Peck on the board. Resseguie, who was recently named Vice President of Manufacturing, has managed Renosol's Bay City manufacturing plant since 2005. He was instrumental in consolidating Renosol's manufacturing operations to a single location in 2010, and the expansion of the Bay City site to accommodate additional manufacturing activities.
Larry Adkisson, President, has been named Chairman of the Board. Adkisson has served on the board of directors since 1999 when he was appointed to oversee Renosol's manufacturing operations. In subsequent years, Adkisson was responsible for Renosol's expansion to Ohio and Alabama, and the dramatic revenue increase that placed Renosol on Inc. Magazine's listing of the 5,000 fastest growing private U.S. companies in 2007.
